Jack is co-founder and co-CEO of Kronos Research, one of the most successful quantitative trading firms in digital assets. Jack started trading stocks at the age of 14 and worked for BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank for more than a decade after graduating from Carnegie Mellon University.

Mark co-founded Kronos Research and serves as co-CHIEF executive officer. After earning his BACHELOR's and master's degrees in computer engineering from CMU, Mark began his career in 2006 with Citadel Investment Group's HIGH Frequency trading division, which earned $892 million in 2007 and $1.15b in 2008. Mark went on to lead Knight Capital's e-market development group, now part of Virtu, during which time Mark's group ran the largest dark pools in the US and Europe. Mark, a pioneer in decentralized technology, published its first white paper on a decentralized derivatives exchange in early 2017, in which users can freely list any trading contract.
