Continue to expand into promising NFT games. Launch of Perion NFT in preparation for the GameDAO rewards platform. We started building our in-game presence on platforms like Sandbox, creating a sense of ubiquity within the NFT gaming ecosystem. Working with early games, we seek to sponsor in-game locations such as items, tracks and areas to build our sustainable deployment and overall presence. In the context of our success as a gaming team, we began to move into the world of competitive esports as it evolved within the NFT gaming space. We produce merchandise, host gaming events and market competitive teams for esports events.

PERCS is launched on DEX and CEX platforms. Perion continues to invest in seed, Series A, and early-stage NFT games. With the launch of new P2E games -- we worked with our analytics team to deploy advanced Perion gamers -- and began building reports on strategies and opportunities across the P2E space. As opportunities were identified, we quickly deployed assets and individuals to high-ROI areas of the in-game economy. Perion's Season Bonus NFT has been launched, giving high achievement Perion players access to exclusive Perion goods and items. Continue to expand into P2E games to gain and maintain our edge.
