APENFT was officially registered in Singapore on March 29, 2021. APENFT is a globally renowned public chain supported by the underlying technology of Ethereum and TRON, combined with Bittorrent File System (BTFS), the world's largest distributed data storage System.  Steve Z. Liu, Chairman of APENFT, holds a BACHELOR's degree in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School. With more than 20 years of experience in international capital market, He has worked in fidelity International, Salomon Smith Barney, Nomura International, Ant Financial Group and other large financial institutions. He has successfully established and managed overseas institutional equity business for a number of leading Chinese securities firms. 
 Most members of APENFT team are practitioners of traditional art industry such as Christie's, Sotheby's, etc., with long-term experience in art. In addition, the technical core force comes from BAT and other first-line Internet enterprises, and professional engineers with blockchain and cryptography related experience. No matter the size of the team, or the engineering technology, are in the industry leading level. 
 Since its establishment, the Foundation has reached in-depth cooperation with well-known NFT writer Beeple and three NFT auction platforms, Christie's, Sotheby's and Nifty Gateway. Relying on the basic users of the two global public chains, the foundation has formed a complete market base. 
 TRON founder Yuchen Sun is also involved in the project, It even donated to APENFT works such as Picasso's "Femme Nue Couchee Au Collier" and Andy Warhol's "Three Self Portraits" that cost nearly 200 million yuan. To support its innovative exploration in the field of "blockchain + art".
